What are the System requirements to use MyPhysioRehab?
A computer! MyPhysioRehab works with all internet browsers on both PC and Mac. So if you are reading this page you already have what you need. To get the best out of the site we recommend you download the latest version of your preferred browser.
How do I pay?
You can pay via BACS or directly through our website. Using the payment button will allow you to pay using your credit or debit card via paypal. (note: You do not need a paypal account to pay via this method)
How long does the subscription last?
The payment cycle is monthly. You can start and stop whenever you wish. We are so sure you will find MyPhysioRehab an indispensable tool for your practice that there is no minimum number of months to commit.
How do I get started and how quickly can I start using MyPhysioRehab?
To get started all you need to do is sign up by completing the web form. You will need to give us your practice details and the email address you would like to have affiliated with your account. This is the email that will be used to send the injury profiles and exercise templates to your patients. As soon as we receive this we will send you an email to let you know we are processing your order. You should be able to login within 12 hours of signing up and then you are ready to go.
Can I get an online tutorial?
Yes. MyPhysioRehab support staff will gladly guide you through the use of the site. You will be taken through scenarios commonly seen in practice and shown all the features at no extra cost.
How many users do I get per subscription?
You will be allowed 5 users per subscription – they will be able to email the profiles from their individual email address under the clinic name.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. It is a one-off fee and there is no sign up cost.
Can I print the template out?
Yes you can print the Injury Profile and Exercise Template. There is a view function so you can view it on your desktop. You can then print it or save it to the patient’s file. When the patient recieves their online injury profile they too can print or save it.
Do I have to add an injury profile to the patients template?
No. We developed “Injury Profiles” to allow a practitioner to educate and inform patients using anatomical drawings and diagrams. But if you just need to prescribe stretches or exercises, the system works in the same way.
What are Rehabilitation Protocols?
These are all exercises related to some form of protocol either post surgical rehabilitation, eccentric loading or other scientifically validated exercise regime. When searching the MyPhysioRehab library, if a practitioner wants to find exercises that specifically relate to a protocol they can refine their search by “Rehabilitation Protocol” to find the current best practice to rehabilitate in that particular condition.
Will you store the patient information if I am no longer a subscriber?
No all your patient information is deleted as soon as you no longer subscribe.
